I have always been a creative person, whether it was furniture making, knitwear design or decorating our children's rooms with murals.
I returned to college as a mature student in order to persue my interest in the creative arts and investigate the possibility of forming a career out of it, after all, what could be better than getting paid for something that you love so much!
I have had a long interest in Illustration, and some of my favourite Illustrators include Josh Kirby, Alan Lee, John Howe and Arthur Rackham. It quickly became apparent that Illustration was what I wanted to focus my interest on and I have now graduated with a HND Visual Communication (Illustration) and created Morrigan Illustration.
In order to expand my skills and understanding of modern visual communication, I am continuing to study a BA Applied Graphics Technology with Multimedia. This is expanding my skills to cover video editing, interface design and graphic design.

After growing up in Angus and living in the North of Scotland, I am now based in Greengairs, near Airdrie and Cumbernauld in North Lanarkshire.
